Fern Street Circus presents the 2019 Neighborhood Tour— Fun for the whole family! Fern Street Circus is proud to be part of the City Heights Day of the Dead Festival. The public celebration takes place from 11am to 5pm and features Fern Street Circus at 2pm at Officer Jeremy Henwood Memorial Park on Saturday, October 26.
